Electronic Direct Democracy

I thought a lot about the vulnerabilities and weaknesses of Soviet power. After all, how much was done to liberate the workers and peasants from capitalist slavery, how many millions people died in the civil war and the second world war. And immediately after the Second World War Yugoslavia, led by the traitor Tito, departs from the socialist camp. In 1948 capitalist relations were completely restored there: a large number of enterprises, factories and minerals were sold to foreign companies, mainly English and American. Then came a wave of lawsuits, when a network of conspirators in the government of Hungary, Albania, Bulgaria and Romania was exposed, whose aim was also the restoration of capitalism. In subsequent years, the plans of the American and British imperialists were realized. How? Through conspiracies in the governments of the countries of the socialist camp. The same damned robbery was also inflicted on the Soviet Union, when, after Stalin’s death, power was seized by Zinoviev’s revisionist Khrushchev. In the last program of the CPSU in 1961, we find a number of Zinoviev’s capitulatory provisions that were defeated by Stalin in the late 1920s. This was the first time Khrushchev built oil and gas pipelines to Europe in order to support the countries of the socialist camp, but already with the chairman of the government Brezhnev, who continued the revisionist policy, the share of revenues in the budget from the sale of oil reached about 10%. Under President Putin, the economy has become completely raw, the share of revenues from the sale of oil and gas leaves half of the country’s budget. The budget is constantly adjusted due to changes in the price of oil.

I fully agree with the opinion that the oil fields in the Persian Gulf are sufficient to cover all US and EU oil needs for years to come, and that this model is dependent on the Russian economy for the exploitation and looting of former Soviet peoples.

The greatest economy of the USSR, take for example 1954: 86% of the revenues in the budget – income from socialist enterprises and only 8% of the income from the population. Hundreds of thousands of built enterprises, thousands of cities, townships, election of judges, the right to recall deputies, free medicine and education, free housing and recreation – social benefits have not been seen in any country so far. All this is due to the socialist economy of the USSR, when the means of production (enterprises) and subsurface belonged to all people, and not to a handful of capitalists.

Young people are told about the USSR, about socialism in history textbooks, in universities, schools, on television, that it is a Holodomor, repression and defecit. The truth is forgotten that the Holodomors were under the tsar, when peasants cultivated the fields with a plow, and that in the 1930s industrialization occurred in the USSR, tractors and harvesters worked in the fields, and that the collective farms defeated the small peasant in fair competition during the NEP, At times, dozens of times, and therefore a hundred times more than the peasant-individual peasant.

No, I do not believe in modern Russian history textbooks, not because I read old Soviet textbooks, and saw a completely different story, but because the city in which I live is also all built around the USSR. Only in my city the capitalists closed 3 hospitals, sobering-up station and other social facilities, cut down narrow specialists of doctors, and closed a large number of kindergartens and enterprises. Every year, 500-1000 people leave the city, new enterprises are not built, there is no work. Many still work at enterprises built in Soviet times.

And so the greatest economy of the USSR, the fruits of which are still reaping the descendants, who received the richest housing stock and enterprises, despite the fact that under Yeltsin and Putin hundreds of thousands of enterprises and medical institutions were closed across the country, was destroyed by conspirators in the government as This was happening in all countries of the socialist camp. Even the glorious Albanian communist Enver Hoxha fell at the hands of traitors, his best friend and personal doctor restored capitalist relations, seizing power and becoming the president of Albania. After all, he saw Enver Hoxha see how capitalism was restored, he knew about the fierce resistance of the capitalists. After the death of Enver Hoxha, it seems that the vigilance of the Albanian people has died, as well as after Stalin’s death, it seems that the vigilance of the Soviet people has died. In fact, representative democracy is vulnerable: the separation of members of the government from the people and the replacement of representatives of the people by traitors who are restoring capitalism. This is the lesson of the 20th century to all thinking people of the planet.

The only way that life itself begets and is fully realized today due to high-tech means of production is the departure from representative democracy in a straight line, when citizens themselves make decisions on state affairs, adopt laws and budgets. And it’s not the fault of Stalin or Enver Hoxha that capitalism was restored by the conspirators in the governments, because the state apparatus was vulnerable, the representative democarty is vulnerable, the representatives (MPs) can isolate themselves from the people, sell out the public bowels, the means of production (enterprises) into private hands and To revive capitalism with its ugly crises of overproduction, unemployment, lack of social security, paid medicine and education, inaccessible housing, high crime, and so on.

Marxists of the 20th century could not imagine such perfect means of communication and productions that we have now: the Internet and microcomputers (smartphones, laptops) accessible to everyone and allowing people to connect people closely to exchange messages and thoughts regardless of the person’s location.

And so every adult person should get the right of voluntary participation in state affairs, the right to vote when passing laws, budgets of the territory where he lives. Juveniles should also participate in public affairs, having the right to a consultative vote.

Through thousands of years of its development, mankind has returned to direct democracy, as it was under the primitive communal system, which preceded the slave-owning system. Another primitive communal system was called by the Marxists primitive communism.

Electronic direct democracy will look like this. All citizens will voluntarily participate in the sessions of the People’s Assembly (Council) 2 times a year to adopt laws and approve the budget of the Federation (Union) via the Internet and open voting. Once in three years, open elections will be held in the Ministry of the Federation, republics, regions and cities. Work of Ministry employees will be fully open, accountable to all citizens. Citizens can recall, dismiss any minister. The work of the ministers will represent the work of specialists from various industries: communications, transport, and so on. Employees of ministries and ministers will not be able to isolate themselves and seize power, as the last word in the adoption of laws will remain for every person, citizen, and not his representative, as was the case with representative democracy. The work of the ministers will be transparent. Further development of science and technology, means of production will lead to the disappearance of some ministries, and as the culture and education of people grow in the very existence of the institution of ministries there will be no need. That is, in the socialist countries in our time, ministries will still be preserved, but the adoption of laws and budgets will be carried out by all citizens through direct democracy, and not representative, as was the case in the first socialist states. Perhaps the ministries will remain in the first communist states, but in the late communist states the institute of the ministry will be liquidated in connection with uselessness.

It is worth noting and the following in the USSR to the all-Union ministries concerned: the Ministry of Defense, Foreign Affairs, foreign trade, communications, communications, water transport, heavy and defense industries. Allied republican ministries included the ministries of food, light industry, forestry, agriculture, grain and livestock sovkhozes, finance, internal trade, internal affairs, justice and health. Nowadays, thanks to high-tech means of production, any territory can become economically independent, have an independent budget, most of the ministries must be in the competence of these territories: regions or cities.

I think that today all conditions have been created for the transition to direct democracy. Automation of transport, trade in the near future will free millions of people from routine work. Physical labor will become the lot of robots and machines, social science will have a special development, a person will have time to govern the state. In place of existing stores there will be supply centers, autopilot transport will travel along the roads. The abundance of goods and means of production will lead to the fact that money will lose all value, one after another, territories will break off from the capitalist world, and return to capitalism will lose all meaning. If the 20th century was marked by the century in which the Great October Socialist Revolution took place, then the next centuries will be marked by communist revolutions and the destruction of capitalism in general, a shameful spot in the history of the development of mankind.

When I drafted the Workers and Unemployed Workers Program, I copied the structure of state power from Soviet Russia, since the USSR was an advanced example of democracy for its time: with the election of judges and representatives, with the possibility of recalling them. The people elected their representatives (deputies), who then represented them, working at sessions of the Supreme Council. The principle of work and upholding the interests of the majority was transferred from the RSDLP and the RCPP, when the majority of party members resolved any questions at party congresses and elected members of the Central Committee (Central Committee) there.
When the Central Committee of the Party was seized by the Mensheviks headed by Plekhanov at the time, Lenin initiated the convocation of a new congress of the party where a new composition of the Central Committee was elected. Then the party’s statute enshrined the clause on the possibility of convening a congress at the request of at least 1/3 of the total number of members represented at the last congress. The capture of the Central Committee by the Mensheviks was a great lesson in party building, and Lenin did his best to prevent such a separation in the future. The principle of work and upholding the interests of the majority were transferred to the organization of the Soviets, where instead of the Central Committee of the Party representatives of the workers and peasants elected and confirmed the members of the government. This was a fairly stable model of the state system, in the case of the government’s capture of traitors, the last word in the adoption of laws remained for the representatives of the workers and peasants, that is, for the deputies of the Supreme Council. Specifically, according to the institution of representatives (according to the deputies), counter-revolution struck. The report on the personality cult of Stalin after the 20th Congress of the CPSU in 1956 was aimed at party cleansing: real Marxists were replaced by pliable careerists who would do anything for the benefit of their conscience for their personal well-being. This alone explains the criminal adoption of laws by the deputies of the Supreme Council in Perestroika.

Today, in the era of computers, robots and the Internet, there is no need to select people’s representatives. Managing public affairs, voting on the adoption of laws and budgets will be one of the person’s favorite pursuits along with travel and space exploration. And so in the near future we will see a picture of the fact that the capitalist system will be sent to the dustbin of history, as happened with the slave system and feudalism. Perfect tools and the organization of workers and the unemployed will only accelerate this process.

Answer to the author of the project “Exit is” on his video “Electronic Democracy”

The author of the video “Electronic democracy” spoke about the impossibility of electronic democracy, when voting for the adoption of the budget of the Federation, regions will pull the budget for themselves, and Moscow will win, as the population there is more than anywhere else. To avoid this, regions should become economically strong and solve most of the issues on their own, including health issues, etc. Today, some regions have from 40-60% of the regional budget revenues in the form of subsidies from the Federation, the capitalists specifically keep the regions economically backward and continue to ruin them, closing down enterprises (agricultural, industrial, etc.) built during the Soviet Union, they are afraid of self-determination of the regions.
